The solution is built on top of Microsoft Dynamics AX, and Xellent customers can thus benefit fully from all the advanced standard functions of AX. Xellent is backwards compatible with older versions of AX and will be upgraded to support AX7 from 2017.
The total Xellent package includes several integrations with e.g. CRM and BI. This ensures transparency and updated knowledge across the company.
Xellent also includes standardised interfaces for smart meter solutions, which makes it easier to meet strategic objectives such as establishing automated collection of raw consumption data.
