Efficient customer service at TDC Butik
With almost 60 shops, TDC Butik is a familiar feature in pedestrian streets and shopping centres. However, different systems and cash registers made customer service time-consuming and made it difficult for management to gain an overview. EG Retail provided a complete solution for the head office and the shops.
More self-reliant shops
The first element of the solution is the NAV-based item management system NewStore, which provides easy access to statistics and financial ratios. NewStore also automates the shops' item management and makes them more self-reliant and independent, e.g. in terms of order placement.
Efficient customer service
The second element of the solution are the user-friendly, touch-based cash registers with EG Retail's NewPOS software. The cash registers can display the range of accessories for different products, guide the sales assistant through transactions and handle multiple transactions at the same time. This optimises the turnaround time and minimises the number of errors.
