Centraltrykkeriet Vordingborg

We have become much better at targeting our sales. Annette Gertsen, CFO, Centraltrykkeriet Vordingborg

Centraltrykkeriet Vordingborg invests in the Advertising system from EG Media, which streamlines the workflow for advertisement sales representatives.

Centraltrykkeriet Vordingborg publishes Sydsjællands Tidende. Previously, Centraltrykkeriet Vordingborg used an AS/400-based administrative system for financial management and did not have a system for handling advertisement sales and order management. In response to increasing demands from customers and the market, Centraltrykkeriet decided to invest in the Microsoft Dynamics NAV financial system and the EG Media Advertising solution.

EG Media Advertising solution
"After careful consideration, we chose EG Media as our partner because they have many years of experience with companies like ours. This means that they know exactly what we need in our IT solution. With the combination of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Advertising, we have one solution that provides a complete overview of both economy and advertisement sales. In addition, our technical department can now use the same system as the rest of the company," says Annette Gertsen, CFO at Centraltrykkeriet Vordingborg.

Total overview of activities
Advertising is built upon the daily activities of the sales representative. The solution gives a complete overview of leads and tasks, follow-up and promotions, e-mails and additional sales tasks. From one screen, the sales representative can find all relevant information about specific customers.

"We have become much better at targeting our sales. We are now able to see current and previous orders, discount agreements and ad scheduling for every single customer. The total overview of activities has strengthened us, both internally and externally, and we are pleased with all the opportunities provided to us in the Advertising and CRM modules," says Annette Gertsen.
