Privacy Policy for Apps

Your data security is important to us, and we therefore make it a high priority that your data is handled in a responsible manner. Below, you can read how the legal entities in EG process your personal data when using apps developed by EG. You can also read about your rights in relation to our processing of your data.

 

1.    EG and legal entities

In this Privacy Policy "EG", "us", "we", "the company" or "our" shall refer to all entities in EG.

EG consist of many entities across the world and therefore there may be different data controllers depending on which entity you are in contact with. Please see the list of legal entities in EG here www.global.eg.dk/about-eg/

 

2.    Data and purpose

At EG, we create mobile applications tailored to meet the varied needs of our customers, utilized in a range of contexts by various users. The information we handle belongs to our customers, not EG, and it is our customers who establish the guidelines for utilizing their data. Nevertheless, across all our applications, it is important to note that as a data processor, EG manages personal data in compliance with the data processing agreement established with the data controller.

 

3.    Sharing data with others

EG may disclose your personal data internally within the EG group and/or to other suppliers and/or service providers in connection with the general operation of our business and as regulated in the data processing agreement established with the data controller.

EG may disclose your personal data to a public authority in situations where we are specifically bound to disclose your personal data in accordance with the laws and notification obligations to which we are subject.

 

4.    Questions or complaints

The user of the app will be connected to the Customer of the software thus any questions or complaints shall be directed to the Customer. The Customer is the data controller. The Customer can be an employer, municipality, government etc.
