EG Landax continuously develops and enhances its system, rolling out new versions regularly and managing numerous planned development tasks. We also receive daily feedback and inquiries from our customers. To streamline the management of customer and development issues, we've created the Customer Portal—a dedicated platform for support and solution dialogue.
Through the Customer Portal, authorized contacts within our customers' organizations can submit orders for configuration and development, support cases, contract matters, and improvement suggestions. This centralized platform ensures efficient communication and resolution.
In the Customer Portal, support cases, orders and improvement suggestions are logged, and we update their status continuously. As a customer, you'll always have full visibility into ongoing and completed cases. Additionally, we maintain a development log where you can track the progress of new features and functionalities in the system.
If you seek professional assistance, have a development request, or require help with content customization, you can log an Order. We'll then arrange a suitable day for you.
If you have suggestions for system improvements, you can submit these as Improvement Proposals. Our developers will register the case and explore the possibilities, and you can track its progress yourself.
In case you discover any system errors, you can log a Technical Issue. This will be routed to all developers and addressed promptly.
Alternatively, you can also contact your designated contact person or the switchboard if you have any questions.
If you need assistance with the EG Landax system, you can log a support ticket in the Customer Portal, but remember to also check out our tutorial videos on YouTube. We've recently added several comprehensive videos detailing various features and modules of the system, and more are being published regularly.
