EG closes acquisition of Ørn Software Holding AS
Copenhagen, 1 August 2022 - Today EG, a leading Nordic software company, announced the closing of the acquisition of the Norwegian company Ørn Software Holding AS.
As all closing conditions are met, including the approval by Norwegian and Finnish authorities, the offer was successfully completed on 1 August 2022.

The Norwegian software company with 160 employees has operations across the Nordic countries, including Iceland. The company has a broad product portfolio of leading software-as-a-service (“SaaS”) offerings within Real Estate Management, Energy and Sustainability Management, Industrial Maintenance and Quality Control.

Following the completion of the transaction, EG will initiate the delisting of Ørn Software Holding AS from the Euronext Growth Oslo.
