Skanska Finland starts cooperation with Nordic software company EG – New solution to Skanska in Finland

Skanska Finland has started a cooperation with the Nordic EG Group to deploy EG Jydacom, a specialized software solution for the construction industry. With the partnership, Skanska Finland aims to modernize its cost management and procurement systems across all construction sites in Finland, with full implementation expected by summer 2026.

A significant technological leap for Skanska Finland

Through the partnership with EG, Skanska Finland will adopt the EG Jydacom software solution to be used across various project. After extensive planning, a pilot phase will begin in summer 2025, with full-scale deployment across all sites by summer 2026.

 

The cost management and procurement system is key for us, as it has the largest number of users of all our systems. The solution will be used on all our construction sites in Finland, from housebuilding to civil engineering and tunnelling Pekka Mutikainen, Chief Information Officer, procurement process lead at Skanska Finland
