Dynaway embarks on a new chapter of growth and integration within EG
Dynaway is deepening its integration with EG to boost innovation and expand its reach within and beyond the Microsoft ecosystem. Under new leadership, the move marks a strategic shift to enhance growth, collaboration, and customer value.
Copenhagen, Denmark 11 April - Dynaway, a pioneer in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software, is entering a new phase, as the company deepens its integration with EG under the leadership of Henri Brorson. This strategic milestone strengthens collaboration, aligns with EG’s vison, and accelerates innovation across the Microsoft ecosystem and beyond. The move represents a natural progression in Dynaway’s continued growth and commitment to delivering high-quality customer- centric solutions to its global client base.
“This is an opportunity to grow, innovate, and strengthen our position in the market,” says Henri Brorson, Senior Vice President and BU Manager.
“By coming closer together, we create stronger synergies, deeper expertise, and a greater ability to deliver world-class EAM products – inside the Microsoft Dynamic ecosystem and outside as well”.
As part of this transition, Ulrich Kærgaard, who has led Dynaway for the past eight years, will be stepping down. Under his leadership, Dynaway achieved remarkable growth and product development milestones.
“Positioning Dynaway closer to EG means entering an enterprise setup. After careful consideration, Ulrich has decided that his strengths and expertise are better suited for a different context moving forward. I wish him all the best in his new endeavors,”. Henri Brorson says.
Dynaway’s story began with the founding of thy:solutions in 1986. Originally operating under that name, the company rebranded to reflect its growing international presence. The company’s legacy is deeply connected to visionary leaders including Per Møller, Egon Østergaard, Bo Schrøder, and Morten Bach Møller, who laid built the foundation for its industry-specific innovation.
Since its acquisition by EG in 2011, Dynaway has operated with a high degree of autonomy, nurturing a strong product culture and delivering impactful solutions. Now, as Dynaway celebrates its 25th anniversary, this deeper integration into EG Industrials brings renewed potential for shared innovation, greater resource access, and expanded customer value.
The transition will be seamless, with Dynaway’s operations becoming part of EG functional structure. Employees will gain from enhanced development opportunities and greater support for innovation, while partners and customers can expect even more robust and responsive solutions.
“We are not losing what makes Dynaway special – we're amplifying it,” assures Brorson. “Within EG, we've found the perfect environment to elevate Dynaway from where we are to where we want to be, strengthening our ability to deliver exceptional value across the industries we serve”.
