Exams
Exams
LUDUS Suite is equipped with planning tools that can automatically fill out and optimize the exam schedule based on information retrieved from communication with XPRS. Individual exams can also be manually scheduled (or rescheduled).
Examiners receive access to course descriptions, sequence lists, contact details, and all digital materials with just a provided access code to LUDUS Web.
LUDUS Suite manages both single-subject and multi-subject exams with automatic scheduling of times and handling of multiple examiners.
Internal Exams
Internal Exams
Both at the end of the foundation course and at the end of the year, you can create and schedule oral and written internal exams in LUDUS Web.
Security
Security
LUDUS Suite supports protection against data misuse. Through security profiles, user access to various data can be tailored to different parts of the system. It is also possible to set up logging of selected events. LUDUS Web operates on an internal web server.
Written Assignments
Written Assignments
Written tasks are created in a calendar where each student’s written workload across all subjects is displayed. This allows teachers to easily coordinate with other subjects and set individual deadlines for specific students if needed.
Course Descriptions
Course Descriptions
The course description is automatically generated based on the teacher's description of each course module. Teachers do not need to provide additional descriptions of the examination basis, as homework and supplementary materials are automatically collected and presented in a clear manner. Examiners also have automatic access to all documents provided to students.
Study Log
Study Log
The study log in LUDUS Web is a tool that HF students can use, in collaboration with their tutor and teachers, to gain an overview of their educational journey. The school can create targeted templates for use during tutor meetings, and individual agreements on goals and action plans are stored in a clear manner within the study log.
Mobile Application
Mobile Application
Start the class with attendance registration in just 30 seconds. The phone knows the current time, and LUDUS Web is aware of the teacher’s schedule. Attendance registration from the phone directly opens to the class that has just begun. The application provides the teacher with schedule, homework, written assignments, and time tracking—all at their fingertips.

Teachers and administrative staff (and to a more limited extent, students) have access to a document archive in LUDUS Web. The same document can be referenced from multiple locations within LUDUS Web, such as across different classes or from both a lesson and an assignment.
The document archive also stores the student's vocational education and training (EUD) and labor market training (AMU) certificates.
Attendance and Absences
Attendance and Absences
Teachers record absences directly in their own schedule with minimal clicks, including partial attendance. Records can also be made directly through the mobile application or in the monthly overview, where it is also possible to view the student’s case file and send an alert to the administration.

The school can also enroll students directly in LUDUS Web. These enrollments are continuously transferred to Efteruddannelse.dk.
